Do I need a referral or an existing diagnosis?+
No. You do not need a referral or an existing diagnosis to start your Syntera journey. We begin by understanding your health, lifestyle and goals, then guide you toward the appropriate next steps.
Where are Syntera services available?+
Syntera is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Availability of specific services may vary depending on your location and the healthcare or wellness provider involved.
What does my Syntera concierge do?+
Your concierge is your dedicated point of contact throughout your journey. We coordinate appointments, testing, consultations, wellness services and follow-up, so you do not have to manage everything yourself.

The Explore Call is an opportunity for us to understand your goals, lifestyle and what you are looking for from Syntera. We explain how the journey works, answer your questions and help determine the most appropriate next step for you.
Is Syntera a medical clinic?+
No. Syntera is a longevity and wellness concierge service. We coordinate your journey and connect you with independent licensed healthcare professionals and trusted service providers. Medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions are made by the healthcare professional responsible for your care.
Are Syntera programs personalized?+
Yes. Your journey is shaped around your individual goals, health information, lifestyle and the recommendations of the professionals involved in your care. There is no one-size-fits-all Syntera journey.
Can services be arranged at home?+
Yes. Certain services, including blood testing, genetic testing and IV therapy, may be arranged at home where available through our providers.
How is my personal and health information handled?+
We take privacy seriously and only use or share information as necessary to coordinate the services you request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi data protection requirements.
