About Syntera

These Terms govern access to Syntera's website and its concierge, booking and coordination services. Syntera for Life Company (Syntera) is a Saudi limited liability company based in Riyadh, Commercial Registration 7053695289.

Syntera is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, emergency provider or treating healthcare professional. Syntera coordinates access to independent providers. Clinical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, test interpretation and clinical monitoring are provided solely by the appropriately licensed treating provider.

What Syntera does

Syntera is a non-clinical longevity and wellness concierge. We coordinate access to independent healthcare and wellness providers. An Explore Call is intended to discuss goals and coordination preferences, not to diagnose, interpret test results, prescribe or provide treatment.

Not for illness or emergencies

Syntera is not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency care. If you are ill, have concerning symptoms, have a condition requiring treatment or suspect a medical problem, seek care directly from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional or hospital. For severe, sudden or potentially life-threatening symptoms, seek immediate local emergency assistance. Do not wait for Syntera to reply or arrange an appointment.

Eligibility and accurate information

Services are intended for adults with legal capacity. Clients must provide accurate contact and booking information and promptly update material changes. Clients must discuss relevant medical history, medications, allergies, contraindications and symptoms directly with their treating provider. An Explore Call is not a medical consultation.

Independent providers and products

Providers are independent third parties unless expressly identified otherwise in a specific booking. The provider and applicable service scope will be disclosed before confirmation. Syntera does not manufacture, prescribe, test, dispense, administer or warrant third-party products or clinical services.

The independent provider is responsible for its professional decisions, licensing, clinical care, product quality, informed clinical consent and applicable warranties. Syntera may assist clients with contacting a provider about a concern, but this does not make Syntera the provider or transfer the provider's obligations to Syntera.

Bookings and payments

Before purchase, the booking or checkout screen will identify the selected service, independent provider, contracting party, fees, payment recipient, applicable taxes if any and cancellation terms. Syntera charges separately disclosed concierge or logistics fees.

Independent providers are the sellers of their own products and issue product invoices to clients. A provider may collect its own service fees directly. Where Syntera collects a provider service fee as a disclosed agent, the provider remains the contracting provider, subject to applicable law and the applicable written arrangement.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Clients must request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the appointment through Syntera's official WhatsApp or Contactus@synteraforlife.com. Requests received later or no-shows may incur up to the full booked appointment fee only where clearly disclosed and legally permissible.

Where cancellation is timely, unused appointment fees are refunded or rescheduled subject to applicable terms and mandatory rights. Syntera's separately disclosed concierge fee for coordination already performed may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds and statutory rights

Completed consultations and fully performed services are generally non-refundable for change of mind, subject to mandatory rights, service defects, misdescription and other applicable remedies. If a provider cancels or cannot deliver, the client may seek rescheduling or an appropriate refund for the undelivered service.

For unused services, clients retain any mandatory statutory cancellation rights, including rights that may apply under Saudi e-commerce law. This policy does not remove non-waivable consumer remedies.

Client responsibilities and communications

Clients are responsible for attending appointments, following provider instructions, asking clinical questions directly of the provider and checking product instructions with the provider or dispensing pharmacy. Syntera may send operational booking messages through selected communication channels. Marketing messages require separate optional permission.

Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable Saudi law, Syntera is not liable for independent providers' professional medical decisions, independently supplied products, clinical complications or acts outside Syntera's control. Syntera remains responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from its own conduct where imposed by law.

No clause excludes liability for death or personal injury where unlawful, fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer and data-protection obligations. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be addressed through the competent Saudi authorities and courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The version applicable to a confirmed booking will be retained in the transaction record.

For questions or complaints, contact Contactus@synteraforlife.com or write to Syntera for Life Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
