Who is responsible for your data

Syntera for Life Company, CR 7053695289, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for personal data it processes for its own website, accounts, concierge communications and bookings.

For questions or complaints, contact Contactus@synteraforlife.com or write to Syntera for Life Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Data collected and why

We collect necessary account, contact and booking details, transaction and consent records, technical security logs, and limited optional health-goal or Explore Call information only when relevant to requested coordination.

Account and booking information is needed to provide requested services and fulfill contractual or legal obligations. We do not routinely collect or store detailed medical records, clinical questionnaires, prescriptions or laboratory reports; clients should provide these directly to their selected licensed provider.

Clinical data minimization

Clients should not upload detailed medical records, prescriptions or diagnostic reports into Syntera's account system. Detailed clinical intake should be completed directly with the selected independent provider. Syntera will limit Explore Call notes to what is needed for requested coordination and protect any health-related information it receives.

Explore Call information and provider sharing

Information shared during an Explore Call is treated as confidential. Syntera will not disclose Explore Call health details to an independent healthcare provider unless the client selects that provider and gives a specific, recorded authorization describing what will be shared and why, except where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Only the minimum necessary information will be shared.

Technical service providers and mandatory disclosures

We use appropriately contracted technical service providers for account infrastructure, OTP delivery, communication, booking and payments. These processors receive only data needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes. Legal disclosures may occur when required or otherwise permitted by law.

Storage, security and retention

We use proportionate organizational and technical measures, role-based access, access logging and secure transmission appropriate to the data processed. No system can promise absolute security. Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or mandatory legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Active account data is retained while required to deliver services. Inactive accounts are reviewed after 12 months and unnecessary personal data deleted or anonymized. Explore Call coordination notes are normally deleted within 90 days after the relevant coordination ends unless needed for an ongoing request, legal obligation or dispute.

Cross-border processing

If a client requests a provider outside Saudi Arabia, Syntera will explain the proposed recipient and destination and assess applicable Saudi cross-border data-transfer requirements before transferring personal data. Any overseas transfer will occur only after required transfer assessments and safeguards are implemented.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, clients may request information about processing, access to their data, correction, a copy in an available format, deletion where permitted and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not necessarily affect prior lawful processing or information that must be retained by law.

For questions or complaints, contact Contactus@synteraforlife.com or write to Syntera for Life Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Marketing, cookies and updates

Operational messages are separate from marketing. Promotional messages require separate optional consent and an easy opt-out. Sensitive health data will not be used for marketing. Any non-essential cookies or analytics require appropriate disclosure and controls. Material privacy-policy updates will be published with an updated effective date.

Incidents and complaints

Syntera will assess suspected personal-data incidents and notify the relevant authority and affected individuals where legally required. Privacy complaints may be directed to Contactus@synteraforlife.com; clients retain the right to approach the competent authority.
